I am so excited to share the full story on Kristi & Mike’s gorgeous San Diego wedding! These two tied the knot at one of my absolute favorite venues- Vista Valley Country Club. This elegant venue is definitely one of the best in San Diego. Their stunning landscape views and gorgeous collection of french antiques set this San Diego wedding venue well above the rest! Kristi & Mike chose a lovebird theme for their wedding, which was perfect!

The bridal salon at Vista Valley Country Club is gorgeous! We began the day by getting some beautiful photographs of Kristi and her bridesmaids as they got ready. The room for the guys to get ready was also really awesome- maps and books decorated the charming room.

Moments before the ceremony, Kristi & Mike did a partial first look. We positioned them on opposite sides of the gorgeous giant wooden door at the entrance of the country club. They couldn’t actually see each other, but could hold hands and be together for a moment. I love this variation of the first look! It’s really adorable.

This garden wedding ceremony was absolutely beautiful, and was a great experience for guests. Cold drinks were given to guests as they arrived for the outdoor June ceremony. The garden was decorated with vintage suitcases, and hanging flowers with lovebird details. Gorgeous florals made by Kristin’s sister completed the elegant look for the ceremony space.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed dinner and dancing inside the country club. Everything about this vintage lovebird inspired reception was completely elegant. Kristi & Mike had a sweetheart table that was incredible. To top it all off, their blush pink and gold cake had a ‘Lovebird’ gold script cake topper. They put together the most lavish candy bar I have ever seen, and every pink and gold detail at this reception was just so pretty and perfect. Sublime Wedding & Events did an amazing job as day-of coordinators! Everything ran very smoothly, and the bride & groom were able to relax and enjoy the day!
