Summer Wedding Photos at The Manor House
I am so excited to share images from a recent wedding at The Manor House, one of our favorite venues to photograph because of the light and bright vibe and huge selection of photo locations to work with. As a Dayton-Cincinnati wedding photographer, having a venue that sets us up for success simply by having so many great options is the best. On A & J’s wedding day, there were a lot of things that were truly the most thoughtful wedding ideas and I am so excited to share.
One of my favorite things that they did, was create a flower girl’s dress for their daughter using matieral from the bride’s mother’s wedding gown. I love when couples find unique ways to honor their family members and incorporate heirloom items into their day. Not only was the flower girl’s dress made from an heirloom wedding gown, but A also wrapped the stems of her bouquet with scraps of material from her mother’s wedding dress as well. It was such a beautiful idea for a wedding. We even got lots of meaningful photos of the bride, her daughter and her mother all getting ready for the day together- which was extra special since her daughter was wearing her special dress.
The bride also made time in her wedding day timeline to have a first look with her father. It was such a special moment between them and it was so beautiful to photograph. The dads are always so sweet, and this dad was especially so. Definitely scroll down and look how that moment unfolded. The wedding photos she got of the first look with her dad were so sweet.
