I am so excited to share a few images from a recent styled shoot at The Ranch House at Los Willows. We had an amazing time working on this project with some of San Diego's best wedding vendors! This boho garden-inspired shoot is fun and colorful, with a really fabulous color palette. The florals, rentals and styling really helped bring the bohemian vibe together in this styled wedding photo shoot!

The boho vibe is so great in the shoot, especially the non-traditional florals. Lovely Stems Florals does an amazing job. I love the bohemian bridal bouquet and the flower crown made of greenery. We also moved the floral altar piece to the sweetheart table, which is a great way to get the most out of your florals on your wedding day!

Rickety Swank provided some great vintage rentals for our shoot! Renting items to style your wedding day is much more affordable than trying to DIY it, and the selection is always great! For this styled shoot, they brought in lots of great details! I love the rusty old bike next to the ornate pink velvet love seat! What a fun combination for portraits! The doorway at the end of the aisle is awesome, too! It’s a great backdrop for photos, and give a unique look to the garden ceremony space!

The styling on our bride was really beautiful. We went with a loose textured braid for the wedding day hairstyle, and a soft and glowing romantic look for the makeup. Our bride changed outfits for the photographs in the reception space, because we love when brides do this! The reception dress was a simple lace sheath- much easier to dance in! Choosing a simple second dress for the reception is so great, it give you a much-needed break from wearing a wedding gown, and really allows you to let loose and dance! (And you can have another drink or two, because the bathroom no longer is a team effort!)
