Clifton Gorge Engagement in Yellow Springs
Clifton Gorge is one of my favorite places to get outside in Dayton, Ohio. It has gorgeous hiking trails and lots of incredible landscapes. The woods there are so peaceful. I was so excited when Nikki & Alex decided they wanted to do their engagement photos somewhere in Yellow Springs, where they like to hike. This adorable engagement session in the woods at Clifton Gorge was so much fun.
Darling Engagement Session in the Woods (with wine)
This engagement session is easily a recent favorite of mine. K & D brought a bag full of goodies for us to play with during their engagement session, along with an incredible vintage bike. And I can't think of a better way to spend an evening than a sunset picnic with wine that ends in a champagne fight. These two are romantic, fun and adventurous together- all of my favorite things.
San Diego Engagement Photos in the Woods
San Diego is an amazing place to have an engagement session. There is no shortage of variety between locations, and you can choose pretty much anything. While planning this morning's engagement session, we were looking a woodsy background, since these two lovebirds will be celebrating their upcoming wedding day in Colorado.
Engagement Session at Marian Bear Park
This recent engagement session at Marian Bear Park was absolutely dreamy. These two lovebirds met at a bookstore- probably the cutest way to meet in the world. When they opted to do an early morning photo session, I was so excited to capture all the incredible moments. They chose Marian Bear Park in La Jolla for the location of their engagement session- one of my favorite parks in San Diego. We set the time for sunrise, and set out into the woods.
Woodsy Fall Engagement Session
When it comes to engagement sessions, this fall photo shoot in the woods is an absolute dream. We found some gorgeous light, and the giant trees were the perfect romantic background for some engagement photos. This eucalyptus grove is one of my favorite spots in all of San Diego. It actually looks like this year round. The trails are gorgeous, and even if the surrounding area is bustling, the woods are always peaceful.

This recent engagement session in the woods at Balboa Park was absolutely dreamy. We used just a little bit of fun special effects to create some really romantic and beautiful photographs. A little bit of canned fog and the perfect location choice was a really amazing combination!
