M + S are newlyweds who decided to take advantage of their time in San Diego on business to have some gorgeous photographs taken together on the beach. They came all the way from the midwest, and I was so excited to capture some amazing moments for them.

Sunrise at Sunset Cliffs Natural Park is one of my favorite times of the day. The light eases over cliffs from the east, and on a clear morning you can see the entire way down the coast to the Coronado Islands off the coast of Mexico. Derek & Paige decided to take advantage of the gorgeous morning light, and did a sunrise engagement session at Sunset Cliffs.

This recent engagement session at Scripps Pier was so much fun. Nicole and Kevin brought their four-legged family-member, Duke, for their engagement session. I love that Duke was there to be a part of their photo session. Bringing your dog to your engagement photo shoot is always a fantastic idea.
